The 2023 Edition is Now Available
The cut-off date for regulations to be published in this volume is July 1st of each year. Historically the actual date of the publication has been between October and December of each year. However, since the Covid pandemic began the the Government Printing Office has not published their version of the 30 CFR until about February of the following year. Since Mine Safety Associates knows what changes will come out in the 2023 Edition, we have decided to make the changes and publish our republication now.
