The 30 CFR 1-199 is a 6" x 9" paperback printed by the U.S. Government Printing Office. This volume is a 10 1/2" x 7 1/2" republication called Mineral Resources (Coal Edition) that contains excerpts of MSHA regulations for coal mines. In this republication both the margins and font size are larger for increased readability. Also, the book is constructed so that it can lay flat on a desk. The cut-off date for regulations to be published in this volume is July 1st of each year. The actual date of the publication, however, is usually between October and December of each year. The current edition is the July 1, 2007 edition. We do not offer quantity discounts for this book.
